A robbery has occurred on a container vessel at Pointe Noire Anchorage Area. During routine rounds the duty crew spotted 3 robbers, 1 armed with a knife. The alarm was then raised and the robbers escaped.
Upon a search of the vessel, it was found that one blue line polypropylene was missing from the mooring station.

2200 UTC | 08 February | Posn: 01-05.37N 103-34.21E | Singapore Strait

A robbery occurred on a barge whilst being towed by a tug boat in the Eastbound lane of the Traffic Separation Scheme, Singapore Straits. 2 robbers were spotted boarding the barge from 2 small boats. When the robbers realised they had been spotted by the crew, they made their escape with some shackles stolen from the barge.
