An attempted robbery occurred on an offshore supply vessel whilst anchored at Jetty number NRW-3, Kakinada Port, India. A duty crew member discovered one robber armed with a knife attempting to steal items of generator equipment. The crew member alerted the bridge, which resulted in the robber jumping overboard into the water to escape. A full search was conducted which confirmed nothing had been stolen.

An attempted robbery occurred on a Car Carrier whilst berthed at Five Star Logistics Terminal, Lagos. A robber was spotted onboard by Nigerian Navy personnel, which resulted in an arrest being made.
