(1) Incident Type : GENERAL ALERT | Vessel Type : TANKER
0904 UTC | 11 January | Posn: 12-05.24N 045-24.36E | Gulf of Aden

A vessel has been approached whilst underway, 25nm East of Point Alpha, IRTC, Gulf of Aden. The vessel was approached by 7 high speed crafts with 4 persons onboard each vessel.

The vessel involved in this incident was a Tanker, as the crafts approached the tanker's Armed Security Team fired warning shots. It has been confirmed that the vessel is safe and has continued on her voyage.

(2) Incident Type : ATTEMPTED ROBBERY | Vessel Type : TANKER
2015UTC | 07 January | Posn: 01-16.02N 104-16.15E | Singapore Strait

A Tanker has been boarded by 2 robbers whilst underway on the Eastern approach, Singapore Strait. After the alarm was raised, the 2 assailants made their escape by jumping overboard. Nothing has been identified as stolen.

(3) Incident Type : ROBBERY | Vessel Type : OFFSHORE SUPPLY VESSEL
0330UTC | 07 January | Posn: 21-23.09N 072-17.14E | Alang Anchorage, India

A n offshore supply vessel has been boarded and robbed whilst at anchor, Alang anchorage. Five assailants are said to have boarded the vessel and stole stores and spares before making their escape. Alang Marine Police were informed about the incident by Focal Point, India.

(4) Incident Type : ATTEMPTED ROBBERY | Vessel Type : CONTAINER VESSEL
1810UTC | 23 December | Posn: 14-35.09N 120-51.06E | Manila Anchorage, Philippines

A container vessel has been boarded by robbers whilst at anchor, Manila anchorage. Upon inspection, it has been found that no items have been stolen.
