Exact position unknown. A vessel transiting from Lome, Togo to Luba, Equatorial Guinea detected on her radar a small boat without any Automatic Identification System (AIS) identification or navigation lights on approaching her. After several changes of course, the suspicious boat was still on relative track with the vessel. Search lights were switched on and directed to the suspicious boat whilst all crew mustered. When the distance between the suspicious boat and the vessel was about 4 cables, the vessel started sounding blasts on her horn, then immediately the boat changed her course and started moved away.
