DIYALA

(1) 22 April, Abu Saida, IED
An explosive charge went off while a police vehicle was passing by al-Mokhisa gardens on the outskirt of Abu Saida district. The explosion left a SWAT officer wounded.

(2) 20 April, Muqdadiya, Bomb
A bomb, planted near the IS haven which was destroyed by the U.S.-led coalition jets near Muqdadiya region, went off as the troops advanced. This explosion caused 1 soldier killed and 3 others, including an officer, wounded.

KIRKUK

(1) 21 April, Al-Rashad, Bomb
2 people were killed and 1 person wounded when a bomb went off at al-Humeira crossroads in al-Rashad town, southwest of Kirkuk.

BAGHDAD

(1) 21 April, Abu Gharib, Bomb
A bomb blast hit near a popular market in al-Zeidan, Abu Gharib. 2 Iraqi civilians were wounded due to this explosion.

ANBAR

(1) 23 April, Qaim, Bomb
An explosive, from the remnants of Islamic State war, went off while some civilians were passing by the residential complex at al-Ebeidi region in Qaim town, west of Anbar, near the borders with Syria. 1 civilian was killed and 2 others wounded.

BASRA

(1) 23 April, Shalamcheh, Landmine
A landmine exploded while a civilian was searching for minerals in Shalamcheh town on the country's border with Iran. The explosion left the civilian dead.
